Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of property-related insurance litigation matters.
Act for private insurers on complex property loss, coverage, recovery, and liability disputes.
Develop litigation strategy and provide practical, strategic advice from file inception through resolution.
Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials.
Work closely with adjusters, brokers, engineers, accountants, and other experts.
Build strong insurer relationships through responsive, solutions-oriented client service.
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
