Qualifications

• Property claims adjusting experience with personal property claims preferred.
• Experience with personal insurance policies and handling moderately complex claims.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with claims management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate personal property losses and document findings in the claim file.
• Assess coverage and establish reserves using policy wordings and investigations.
• Consult with senior adjusters or underwriters on complex matters.
• Negotiate fair settlements balancing customer needs and costs.
• Communicate decisions clearly to policyholders and brokers.
• Identify trends and participate in process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
