CT REIT is seeking a Property Administrator Assistant in Calgary to support the Property Management Team with AR, A/P, rent roll and tenant liaison tasks. The role includes processing invoices in Yardi, vendor management, rent collection, and monthly reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in commercial/retail property administration, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a customer-focused approach. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
The Property Administrator Assistant is a key member of the Property Management Team and provides day-to-day administrative support. Reporting to the Property Manager the incumbent is responsible for a variety of services related to the operation of retail and commercial properties inclusive of but not limited to AR, A/P processing, rent roll application and production, tenant liaison and communication.

$23.00/hr. – $37.00/hr.
Ourtypical hiring range is between $23.00.hr. and $30.00/hr. Hourly decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
