Property Accountant (Junior)

Your new role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office position, providing essential accounting support for a 2-6 month contract covering employee leave. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of accounting experience, preferably in the property industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Handle GST preparation and filings
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage monthly rent rolls
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, ideally in property management or a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software
