Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking a Dispatcher to manage propane delivery scheduling and provide front-line customer service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate with drivers and brokers, plan workloads, and ensure accurate delivery tickets.

The role requires dispatching or logistics experience, strong computer skills including MS Office, and a background in customer service or driving/dispatching. This is a full-time on-site position at our BC operations in Fort St.

Qualifications

• Dispatching and logistics experience is an asset.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Professional driving or fleet dispatching experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers to manage current and upcoming delivery demand.
• Prepare delivery ticket selections and manage day-to-day dispatching.
• Produce and review reports (performance, K-factors, etc.) and adjust as needed.
• Review STOP/cancelled accounts to ensure tickets are removed.
• Assist and train staff on CUE delivery tools and processes.
• Provide customer service support for incoming calls.
