Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager, who will oversee mechanical and electrical projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise to drive the successful execution of M&E projects that enhance our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation and risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, provide status reports, and address any deviations from the plan.
  • Manage procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and contract administration.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Supervise on-site work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients on project performance and outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to optimize team efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
