Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Project Quality Manager for a global leader in hydroelectric and renewable energy solutions. You will lead quality activities across complex projects from kickoff through turnover, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.

You will develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and project documentation; manage quality risks, nonconformances, and corrective actions; and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Project Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Project Management.
• Experience in project-based manufacturing, industrial energy, EPC, or hydroelectric environments.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
