Position Description

Boosted.ai is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to support our rapid growth. You will lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple product teams, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment. You will guide projects from conception to launch, focusing on delivering tangible business outcomes. Knowledge of FinTech, finance applications, and interest in AI/ML in investment management are assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Review, and Retrospectives.
2. Facilitate brainstorming and backlog grooming sessions.
3. Understand development lifecycle and apply agile and traditional project management principles.
4. Adopt an outcome-oriented approach to project planning and tracking.
5. Monitor and analyze project progress and outcomes.
6. Manage project risks and quality.
7. Collaborate with product teams to set priorities.
8. Optimize team efficiency and productivity.
9. Identify and remove roadblocks and dependencies.
10. Translate customer problems into solutions.
11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical constraints.
12. Ensure teams meet product milestones and follow agile practices.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes.

Qualifications and Attributes

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager.
• Proficiency in outcome-driven project management and agile methods.
• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, and metrics for improvement.
• Experience with B2B/Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, and interest in AI/ML for investment management is a plus.
• Curiosity, learning mindset, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, MS Project, etc. (preferred certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM).
