Job Title: Director – MSP National Accounts

Summary of Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary depending on the project stage:

• Requirements gathering: collecting data from stakeholders, coordinating, formalizing requirements, and obtaining signoff.
• Development: working with technology teams, conducting meetings.
• Testing: writing test cases and executing testing.
• Rollout: preparing documentation, procedures, and training for the BAU team.
• Hosting recurring stakeholder meetings, tracking progress, and performing data analysis for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages projects with moderate to high regulatory oversight.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• 5-7 years experience in a change delivery role as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.
• Proven success in project delivery, preferably in Capital Markets and Regulatory initiatives.
• Expertise in Capital Markets and Large Regulatory Change/AML/Sanctions, with experience managing related change projects.
• Understanding of end-to-end dealer functions (trade booking, regulatory reporting, risk, P&L, confirmations, settlements, cash reconciliation).
• Experience with Middle and Back Office functions (trade booking, confirmations, settlements, reference data).
• Strong knowledge of Security, Client, Account, and SSI reference data.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

• US Treasury experience
• Data analysis skills
