Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in the energy and industrial automation sectors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management from PO receipt to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI, etc.).
• Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards.
• Act as primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and communicate technical reports on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project management.

Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer
Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management
