POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Manager, Quality and Process Improvement leads strategic, enterprise-wide quality and process improvement (QPI) initiatives at Holland Bloorview. Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Performance, you will make a critical contribution to Holland Bloorview’s Learning Health System (LHS) journey by facilitating the integration of research, data and practice to enhance client safety, experience, and operational efficiency. Rooted in LHS principles, this role provides expertise in data analytics, quality improvement (QI) methodologies, and process redesign. You will manage high-impact, cross‑functional projects, act as a subject matter expert in QI, and champion a culture of continuous improvement by supporting diverse teams across the organization. The role involves advanced analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and the implementation of innovative, data‑driven solutions.
