As a Clinical Trial Project Planner, you will join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Identify and raise schedule conflicts, risks, and resource peaks/troughs appropriately for resolution.
2. Participate and contribute to cross-functional and functional teams to discuss, review, and optimize protocol/project/program schedules and study cost estimates.
3. Participate and contribute to teams to discuss, review, and optimize schedules and resource management plans.
4. Monitor project activities towards milestones, anticipate variances, support critical path analyses, and partner with teams to identify solutions.
5. Perform scenario planning of project timelines across protocols and therapeutic areas for optimal resource utilization.
6. Contribute to validating resource information at the project level with the team.

You Are

Education

• Bachelor's degree; S. with 5+ years or M.S. with 3+ years of experience.

Experience

• At least 3 years in project planning and management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sector.

Beneficial Capabilities

• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with regulatory submission planning and product launch planning.
• Familiarity with planning tools like MS Project, Planisware, OnePager.

Formation
