Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead multidiscipline mining and heavy industrial projects. You will drive resource planning, coordinate engineering deliverables, and manage schedules and costs while maintaining high HSE and quality standards.

Effective client relations and strong communication are essential. You will oversee budgeting, scope changes, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to business development through proposals and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma; professional registration asset.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in mining/industrial projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on multidiscipline project management.
• Strong client relations across diverse project teams.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and career-focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with EIT, CET, or P.Eng. considered an asset.

• 8+ years of consulting experience supporting mining and/or heavy industrial projects.

• 3+ years of hands-on project management for multidiscipline project environments.

• Skilled at navigating client interactions within diverse project teams.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to advance your career.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Valid driver's licence.

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
