Qualifications

• 7+ ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'architecture.
• Expérience commerciale diversifiée incluant des projets industriels, de bureaux, de santé et de détail.
• Capacité à coordonner un ensemble complet de documents contractuels.

Responsibilities

• Gérer des projets architecturaux de A à Z, y compris la documentation et la représentation sur site.
• Superviser le développement des documents contractuels et respecter le budget.
• Servir de contact principal pour les clients tout au long de la vie du projet.

Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Ottawa office for an Architectural Project Manager!Architectural Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. This role is responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.

Architectural Project Manager Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, healthcare and / or retail project experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge ofbuilding codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
