IntuitionLabs is a fully remote AI consultancy for biotech and pharma programs, based in North America. We seek a Project Manager to run client meetings, track action items, and schedule workshops across teams.

You will join the founder in client discussions and ensure every commitment is met, reporting to the Head of Delivery. The role requires a science degree and 3–7 years in a client-facing life sciences setting, with strong English, expert organization, and daily use of AI tools to

Responsibilities

• Take part in client meetings with the founder: prepare agenda, open items and timelines.
• Own the action list after each meeting: follow-ups, owners, due dates, and chase until closure.
• Schedule workshops, working sessions and expert calls across clients, our team and network.
• Keep each program on track: monthly plan, deliverables, scorecard and status updates for client leadership.
• Run working sessions with client teams when the founder is unavailable.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT and meeting-note tools daily to speed administrative work.

Candidates based in Canada or the United States are preferred.This role keeps our client programs running. You join the founder in client meetings, preparethem, own what comes out of them and make sure every commitment is met.
