IntuitionLabs is hiring an AI Program Lead to manage enterprise AI programs for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, train scientists and executives, and ensure successful adoption of AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT across departments.

Based in Canada, this fully remote role offers flexible hours and direct collaboration with the founder, developers, and senior industry specialists to deliver high-impact AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• A degree in science, engineering or computer science.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech roles bridging business and technology.
• Experience leading rollout of enterprise AI tools with training and adoption.
• Comfortable with IT basics: identity, permissions, document management, integrations.
• Hands-on use of Claude or ChatGPT for projects, connectors or automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run each client program month to month with schedules and reviews.
• Lead each department's month, map workflows, train teams on documents, and define tech buys or builds.
• Deliver Claude and ChatGPT workshops and coach executives and scientists.
• Collaborate with client IT and MSPs for rollout, SSO, and data access controls.
• Draft AI use policies and document classification with client IT and quality teams.
• Coordinate monthly hours with founders, developers and industry specialists.

Our clients are biotech and pharmaceuticalcompanies across North America. We run company-wide AI programs month by month: training,platform setup, and working tools built with each department.This is a remote position with flexible hours. Candidates based in Canada are preferred.You lead our AI programs at biotech clients. Each program starts with a company-wide month: theAI platform set up with the client's IT, the rules for what AI may read, and training for everyone.Then it takes one department a month, from regulatory and clinical to research, manufacturing andfinance. You run it with the client's executive sponsor, IT and department heads, alongside thefounder, our developers and senior industry specialists. You report to the founder.**What you will do*** Run each client program month to month: the plan, weekly calls, the monthly review with the executive sponsor, and a scorecard of adoption and time saved* Lead each department's month: measure how long its workflows take today, find the best uses of AI with the people who do the work, train them hands-on with their own documents, and write the plan of what to buy, coach or build* Deliver Claude and ChatGPT workshops, and coach people one on one, from scientists to executives* Work with client IT and their managed service providers on the rollout: single sign-on, connectors to SharePoint, Egnyte or Veeva, permissions, and which documents AI may read* Draft AI use policies and document classification for AI with client IT and quality teams* Brief our specialists and direct our developers' monthly hours to the client's priorities**What you bring*** A degree in science, engineering or computer science* 10 or more years in pharma or biotech in a role between the business and technology: IT business partner to scientific or clinical teams, digital or transformation lead, systems implementation lead, or life-sciences consultant* You have led the rollout of an enterprise system or AI tool, including the training and adoption that made people use it* Enough IT to hold your own with a client's IT team: identity, permissions, document management and integrations* Daily, hands-on use of Claude or ChatGPT beyond drafting: projects, connectors, agents or automations you set up yourself* Comfortable teaching a room and coaching executives* Working knowledge of GxP and how regulated documents are controlled* Flawless written and spoken English, and the presence to be taken seriously by scientists, department heads and executives* Availability during North American business hours, Eastern and Pacific**What we offer*** Fully remote, with flexible hours* Salary CAD 130,000 to 170,000* Ownership of client programs at a growing AI consultancy for biotech* Direct work with the founder, developers and senior industry specialists* Structured training on Claude, ChatGPT and agentic tools from the first week
