Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage projects effectively, including scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Lead complex multidisciplinary projects with significant scope and impact.
• Exhibit strong leadership and independent judgment recognized by peers and clients.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams on critical matters.
• Identify and resolve complex project risks proactively.
• Provide project updates and reports to management and clients.
• Develop innovative technical and project solutions.
• Manage vendor performance and project interfaces.
• Implement solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Develop detailed project schedules and cost controls.
• Retain historical project data for future analysis.
• Prepare and present major proposals.
• Define and communicate project execution plans.
• Mentor junior staff and review work for accuracy.

What You Need to Succeed

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or equivalent.
• 6+ years managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of nuclear plant design/operation, skid-based designs, or international power projects.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical and business processes quickly and seek continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• High personal accountability.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6) and MS Office.
• Assets include:
• Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP).
• Security clearance eligibility for nuclear site access.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO).
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations including Greater Toronto Area, Kincardine, and Tiverton.
