The Project Manager is responsible for managing daily project issues, maintaining accurate cost records related to installation, reviewing costs, and acting as an effective liaison between the customer, site, drafting, and production departments.

Role and responsibilities:

• Oversee and document all project aspects, coordinate with upper management to ensure scope and schedule adherence;
• Coordinate with team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and scope;
• Prepare status reports by analyzing relevant information;
• Manage change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget;
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables;
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition;
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify success factors and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with aSa program is an asset;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Autonomy, efficiency, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
