We’re looking for a Project Manager (Marine Projects) to join our North Vancouver team and take the helm on complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion.

Job Title : Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading daily operations and ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications
  • Preparing and managing construction schedules, contracts, and progress reports
  • Negotiating revisions and managing subcontractor relationships
  • Overseeing job cost forecasting, billing, and financial reporting
  • Acting as a client liaison and supporting business development
  • Mentoring junior staff and promoting a strong culture of Health, Safety & Environment

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Degree or diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of project management experience in marine or heavy civil construction
  • Currently registered or eligible to register as an AScT or EIT / P.Eng. in the province of BC
  • Expertise in marine techniques, foundations, cranes, barges, and driven piles
  • Strong knowledge of contract documentation, scheduling, and financial controls
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office , and construction documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent English communication skills

Salary : $100 - $140k per annum
