Position Overview:

The Project Manager supports all phases of new installation projects, focusing on small to mid-size construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety.

Main Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting project planning, scheduling, risk management, and procurement.
2. Managing project budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
3. Ensuring health and safety compliance and effective communication.
4. Providing excellent customer service and technical support.
5. Maintaining project documentation and process management.

Qualifications:

• BSc/AS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields with project management experience.
• 1-3 years in elevator or building systems industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and web-based project tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
