This role will be based on site in Toronto, ON.
What will your contribution be to the team?
Under the supervision of the Acoustics and Vibrations Team Leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
Conduct impact, compliance, and noise reduction studies for industrial, road, rail, transportation, institutional projects, etc.
Perform sound propagation calculations indoors and outdoors using specialized software;
Evaluate mitigation measures and verify their performance;
Write study reports;
Prepare service proposals;
Manage projects.

What are we looking for?
University degree in engineering or science. PMP or CAPM certification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in acoustics and vibrations.
Theoretical knowledge in acoustics regarding decibels, human perception, sound propagation in free and reverberant fields, and general noise and vibration control methods. Knowledge of basic measurement methods for sound pressure and intensity. Knowledge of the functions of a modern integrating sound level meter.
Bilingualism in French/English (spoken and written);
Driver's license and car and Valid passport (*).
(*) Assignment:
A regular full-time position, 40 hours per week. The workplace is located in Toronto; however, the position requires night and day travel to conduct field surveys. Travel is generally within Ontario and occasionally abroad.
