Due to the severe weather events in Ontario, we are currently experiencing higher-than-normal call volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000* /year (full-time / permanent)

*The negotiable base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins, combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Total compensation, including commission and bonus structure, will be discussed in full if you are selected for an interview.

The Job:

On Side Restoration is seeking Project Managers to manage and oversee all aspects of property restoration after disasters. If you enjoy variety and working at different job sites while maintaining the stability of a local branch, this could be the right role for you.

Project Managers are responsible for:

• Collaborating with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Maintaining quality control of all job aspects.
• Taking ownership of projects, reflecting your professionalism and dedication.
• Providing superior customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
• Assessing damage and determining the scope of work.
• Managing and directing restoration staff during disaster remediation, cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• A passion for customer service, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation.
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends.
• Problem-solving and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A clean criminal record.

• Willingness (not required) to travel within Canada to support cross-region teams, supporting the company's disaster response efforts nationwide.

Note:

• Disasters can occur at any time; therefore, a rotating after-hours on-call schedule is required.
