  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or infrastructure project delivery.
  • Professional engineering designation (P.Eng. or AScT) preferred.
  • PMP certification (or in progress) with PMI.

RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

  • Provide leadership and oversight across all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with PMI principles and client-specific processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Safety, Environmental, and Community Relations.
  • Act as the principal liaison with the client, representing our organization with professionalism and integrity.
  • Manage all project correspondence, permitting, and regulatory approvals related to transmission and distribution infrastructure projects.
  • Chair and participate in project/site meetings; follow through on action items and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and addressing risks proactively.

Client & Team Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Lead a project team assigned to the client, including oversight of deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding, coaching, and integration of new team members into the client's operations and organizational culture.
  • Establishand maintaina strong team culture, promoting collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.

Process & Systems Development

  • Leadthe development and implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) tailored to the client’s needs to standardize project documentation, workflows, and procedures.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal systems and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Business Development

  • Support business growth by maintaining high client satisfaction and identifying newopportunities for services.
  • Contribute tothe preparation ofRFPs, RFQs, and proposals, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Promote our organization’s capabilities and services in client-facing situations.
  • Mentor and develop junior Project Managers, supporting their professional growth.
  • Provide input into team training needs, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support strategic recruitment and team development efforts.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, infrastructure, or public sector project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications considered an asset.
  • Professional engineering designation (P.Eng. or AScT) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • PMP certification (or in progress) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Experience leading infrastructure or construction projects valued at over $10M.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and dynamic project teams.
  • Experience implementing management systems or standardized project processes is a strong asset.
