MPI, a mid-sized Ottawa-based general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ICI projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and safety compliance. The role covers new builds and renovations with project values from $5M to $20M, coordinating with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities include cost forecasting, progress reporting, documentation, and close collaboration to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ICI focused project management experience.
• Experience on both New build and Renovations/fit-outs.
• Experience leading projects valued between $5 Million - $20 Million.
• Security clearance, or the ability to secure security clearance is required.
• Ability to organize and oversee procedures to ensure timely completion.

• Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed.
