Job Description
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish project controls that guarantee quality and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and administer contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including handling endorsements, modifications, and change orders.
Supervise consultant deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and work quality to ensure project standards are met.
Participate in site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and address any issues.
Track project expenses, manage change orders, and oversee all on-site activities.
Assist in developing and updating project schedules and take part in contract negotiations.
Handle payment requests from clients and subcontractors, review shop drawings and samples, and respond to technical inquiries related to project plans and specifications.
Monitor and resolve BIM "Conflict Detections" during project execution, ensuring timely correction of deficiencies and implementation of amendments.

The Successful Applicant
5 to 8 years of experience managing ICI projects within a General Contracting environment.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
Demonstrated success in efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management software and related tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with PMP certification or equivalent considered an advantage.
