About Our Client

Job Description



  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish project controls that guarantee quality and regulatory compliance.


  • Prepare and administer contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including handling endorsements, modifications, and change orders.


  • Supervise consultant deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and work quality to ensure project standards are met.


  • Participate in site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and address any issues.


  • Track project expenses, manage change orders, and oversee all on-site activities.


  • Assist in developing and updating project schedules and take part in contract negotiations.


  • Handle payment requests from clients and subcontractors, review shop drawings and samples, and respond to technical inquiries related to project plans and specifications.


  • Monitor and resolve BIM "Conflict Detections" during project execution, ensuring timely correction of deficiencies and implementation of amendments.

The Successful Applicant



    • 5 to 8 years of experience managing ICI projects within a General Contracting environment.


    • Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.


    • Demonstrated success in efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.


    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.


    • Proficient in project management software and related tools.


    • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.


    • Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with PMP certification or equivalent considered an advantage.
