As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of the referenced program, the Project Manager will oversee and manage program pipeline and inquiries and will serve as main POC/liaison between the public, local program management, planning, internal project teams and the client. The PM is responsible for program tracking towards goal, weekly/monthly/annual reporting of program production, collecting, writing, and updating program documentation, and advising on proper utilization of both internal and external program resources. The PM will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals/objectives. The PM will ensure projects in the pipeline are thoroughly analyzed and conduct quality assurance reviews of projects. Must possess a can-do attitude and be willing to wear multiple hats.
WORK LOCATION
Primarily field work/site visits supported by in-office meetings/focus time. Office located in New Brunswick, NJ

WORK SCHEDULE
a. Project Manager is to work 40 hours per week.
i. Must be willing to accommodate some atypical work schedules as necessary to support the program schedule.
b. Any hours over 40 hours a week must be preapproved in writing from TRC Manager. All written approvals must be submitted with that week’s timesheet in order for TRC to pay for those hours over 40 hours a week.

TRC works at various federal, state, and local governmental agency sites and client projects that may require an employee to be vaccinated. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
