We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex pump station and wastewater treatment projects across Eastern Ontario. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership experience in both civil and mechanical scopes of infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead comprehensive management of pump station projects from initial planning to successful completion.

  • Coordinate and supervise teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Engage regularly with clients, regulatory agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Manage budgets, project schedules, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones and financial targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality assurance practices, and environmental regulations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Prepare thorough project documentation, detailed reports, and timely updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience managing pump stations, water / wastewater, or similar infrastructure projects.

  • Mechanical knowledge and experience related to pump station equipment and operations are strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful project leadership, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth understanding of local building codes, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
