Diese Vollzeitstelle bietet die Möglichkeit, an verschiedenen Projekten im Bereich Erdbewegung und Untergrundversorgungsinstallation zu arbeiten. Der ideale Kandidat bringt mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und hat eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Sie werden für die Koordination mit Vorgesetzten und die Erstellung von Projektzeitplänen verantwortlich sein. Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Schätzung/Projektmanagement.
• Klasse 5 Führerschein mit sauberem Fahrverlauf erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten und anderen Projektmanagern.
• Erstellen und Pflegen von Projektzeitplänen.

Job description

This full-time position is based in Victoria, with projects located throughout the local area, and reports directly to the General Manager.

Our client is a leading civil contracting and excavation company specializing in bulk and detailed excavation, site preparation, and underground utility installation.

The successful candidate shall have the following qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years in a similar estimating/ project manager capacity.
• Relevant experience in civil/underground/mechanical construction.
• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is required.
• Excellent communication skills with clients & crew members.
• Firm grasp on job costing & change management.
• Dedicated, committed and safety conscious.
• Strong MS Office skillset.

Job duties include the following:

• Communication with Supervisors, Foreman and other Project Managers regarding project needs and performance
• Issuing purchase orders and subcontracts as required
• Creating and maintaining project schedules
• Liaising with clients and attending site meetings as required
• Seeking out new work and tenders and attending pre-tender meetings
