This is a position with grade 12
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead the project team with clear instructions, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
- Manage all aspects of the project in accordance with the client's requirements and ensure that all the technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.
- Oversee the development of the project plan documents with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor each stage of the implementation of the project to ensure best practices in cost control, resource use, risk management, and health, safety, and the environment.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, sharing lessons learned regularly.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and equipment procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with international exposure and proven achievements
- PMP certification recommended
- Fluent in French and English; French is required, English is also essential for servicing clients across provinces
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good business acumen and ability to maintain client relationships
