About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Engineering, the Project Manager, Engineering manages capital projects (Machinery & Equipment, buildings, and facilities). This role is responsible for coordinating and executing engineering projects, ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects that enhance manufacturing capabilities, optimize processes, and support our commitment to excellence in production. Leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of engineering initiatives and contributing to the growth and efficiency of our operations. This role supports both GTA Production sites located in Brampton and Weston.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-year projects across Coke Canada manufacturing facilities.
  • Execute project plans ensuring scope, timing, and budget goals are met.
  • Provide expertise in equipment upgrades and optimization (water treatment, syrup production, etc.).
  • Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
  • Manage suppliers and internal communications.
  • Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
  • Develop multi-year capital plans for all manufacturing facilities in collaboration with project managers and the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • 3+ years of operations or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Technical expertise in facilities, processes, and machinery used in the beverage industry.
