Reporting to the Chief Project Officer (UHNBC Tower), the Project Manager, UHNBC Tower - Electrical, is responsible for implementing the Acute Care Tower Project, overseeing planning, design, and construction phases. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure operational requirements are met. In collaboration with the Alliance Team Members and the Alliance Project Manager (APM), the Project Manager facilitates cross-stream communication and uses a Best for Project decision-making approach to ensure successful delivery of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning outcomes. The work stream teams will promote culturally safe practices, stay within or below the budget, meet or exceed schedules, and deliver quality and performance to realize gain share on Key Result Areas (KRAs).
The position reports initially to the Chief Project Officer (UHNBC Tower) and will be reassigned to the Alliance Team upon formation. The role involves working from the UHNBC Tower Project Office in Prince George, BC.
Starting salary ranges from approximately $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.
