Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in the consulting or construction industry.
• Strong problem solving and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organised with ability to collaborate in a hybrid team.
• Experience in demolition/building renovation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and help grow our team in Ontario while working on demolition and building renovation projects.
• Act as the project manager for existing and future demolition and closure projects.
• Participate in business development initiatives to grow the Ontario market.
• Supervise and coordinate multi-discipline project teams.
• Produce design calculations and contribute to design concepts and technical specifications.
• Assist in quantity take-off and cost estimating assignments.
• Deliver and be accountable for technical assignments.
• Lead the preparation of tenders and proposals.
• Participate in field investigations including material take-offs and sampling for hazardous materials.
• Develop decision-making, communication and technical skills.
