Job Description
- Achieve project objectives (schedule, scope, costs, quality) in order to satisfy the client, while complying with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Define, establish and lead a project team/organization throughout the various phases of the project, including people from other functions (matrix organizations).
- Ensure the effective integration of lessons learned.
- Ensure active management of risks and opportunities as well as contracts (internal or external).
- Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
- This position requires being attentive to any potential risk of non-compliance and being committed to acting with integrity, as these principles form the foundation of the company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering or another relevant discipline, depending on the position.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering or a related industry.
