Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update detailed project schedules, including critical path and variance analysis;
• Map, engage and unite all key project stakeholders;
• Ensure strategic alignment, stakeholder expectation management, and removal of organizational roadblocks;
• Design, deploy and update dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Prepare, facilitate and document progress reviews, committees and workshops;
• Identify, assess and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O) as well as their mitigation plans;
• Structure action reviews and ensure rigorous follow-up, including reminding responsible parties and updating statuses;
• Design communication materials, such as project kits and presentations, and lead awareness sessions.

Profile sought

• You hold a bachelor's degree (engineering, business school, or university) or equivalent experience;
• You possess solid and proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager, ideally in an industrial or complex environment;
• You master the fundamentals of project management (deadlines, costs, resources, risks) as well as planning tools;
• You know how to design dashboards (KPIs), analyze the critical path, and process complex data in a simple and visual way;
• You are bilingual (French and English).
