AAA Canada is seeking a Pre-FAL Project Manager to lead the creation, steering, and updating of detailed project schedules for a major aerospace assignment in Canada. You will map stakeholders, ensure alignment, and drive on-time delivery.

The role requires strong PMO fundamentals, experience shaping dashboards and KPIs, and the ability to present complex data visually. This permanent position offers career growth and a dynamic, large-scale project environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (engineering, business or university program) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as PMO or Project Manager in an industrial/complex environment.
• Strong project management fundamentals (schedule, cost, resources, risk) and data-driven presentation.
• Bilingual French and English with advanced French and intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Create, steer, and update detailed project schedules with critical path analysis and variance tracking.
• Map, engage, and bring together key project stakeholders.
• Ensure strategic alignment, manage expectations, and resolve roadblocks.
• Design, deploy, and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Prepare, facilitate, and document progress reviews and working sessions.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks and opportunities with mitigation plans.
• Structure action reviews with follow-up reminders and status updates.
• Develop communication materials and lead awareness sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create, steer, and update detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and variance tracking;
• Map, engage, and bring together all key project stakeholders;
• Ensure strategic alignment, manage expectations, and resolve organizational roadblocks;
• Design, deploy, and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Prepare, facilitate, and document progress reviews, committees, and working sessions;
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O) along with their mitigation plans;
• Structure action reviews and ensure rigorous follow-up, including stakeholder reminders and status updates;
• Develop communication materials (project kits, presentations) and lead awareness sessions.

Candidate Profile

• You hold a master's degree (engineering, business, or university program) or equivalent experience;
• You have solid, proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager, ideally within an industrial or complex environment;
• You are skilled in project management fundamentals (schedule, cost, resources, risk), planning tools, dashboard design, critical path analysis, and the processing of complex data to present it in a clear and visual manner;
• You are bilingual (French and English), with advanced French and intermediate English proficiency.
