Project Manager/Coordinator (Mandarin-speaking) – Engineering and Manufacturing Communications

POSITION SUMMARY LATYSIntelligence Inc. is seeking a skilled and meticulous Project Manager/Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is essential in ensuring projects meet their milestones, maintain compliance, and adhere to import/export and certification requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on organization and precision

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the primary communication bridge between engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring clear and effective information flow.

· Manage and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.

· Oversee compliance with import/export requirements for shipments to and from Canada.

· Ensure wireless product certification requirements and standards are met for various markets.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve project-related challenges promptly.

· Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Languages: Trilingual proficiency mandatory –Mandarin, French and English are required!!

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the hardware or technology industry.

· Strong understanding of import/export regulations and certification requirements for wireless products.

· Excellent communication, organizational (attention to detail), and leadership skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Startup experience preferred; adaptability, resilience, and hands-on problem-solving are critical.
