Role Overview

The Digital Project Manager on the Critical Mass team collaborates closely with our client to create applications that drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. The role involves managing digital innovation and multi-channel delivery, ensuring branding and human-centered design are consistent across all digital touchpoints. You will partner with creative, development, QA, and partner teams to deliver product launches in a fast-paced environment, requiring tenacity and precision. Candidates should have marketing agency experience, be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects including site builds, e-commerce, UX/UI, websites, microsites, landing pages, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with creative, development, QA, and partner teams for product launches.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency managing digital projects.
• Proficiency with office tools like Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Experience managing teams and client communications regarding scope, objectives, and strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.
