On the Consumer and Small Business team, you'll work across various brands and solutions, focusing on improving customer experience through connectivity, digital solutions, and customer service excellence.

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, the Project Manager will oversee all project aspects, including documenting needs, analyzing solutions, managing business requirements, and coordinating testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Elicit and document business requirements reflecting stakeholder needs.
2. Manage and describe the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
3. Communicate with customers, partners, and IT developers to ensure alignment.
4. Coordinate business unit acceptance testing, including scenario creation, data setup, and review.
5. Map workflows and business processes.
6. Ensure traceability of solutions to requirements.
7. Facilitate business impact analysis and risk assessments.
8. Support testing and change management processes.
9. Produce reference materials such as Visio maps, guides, and training manuals.
10. Liaise with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and management.
11. Conduct root-cause analysis of operational gaps and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping, documentation, and improvement.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify requirements and develop process solutions.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective project management and facilitation skills.
• University degree, college diploma, or related experience.
• 3-5 years of business analyst experience, preferably in telecommunications or supply chain.
• Operational and technical knowledge in SAP.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or SAFe are assets.

Compensation

$27.00 to $71.00 per hour
