Job summary

Major Refrigeration Ltd. in Grimsby, Ontario is hiring a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee installation, repair projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and maintain high client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring proven PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication, ability to read blueprints, manage risks, and use project management software plus MS

• Drive high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and results
• Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the direct supervisor
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards and legislation

The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager (Construction) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
