We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and entrepreneurial Project Manager to oversee our capital projects. In this role, you will not be managing active construction sites directly; instead, you will be the critical link project-managing various initiatives funded by grants that result in trades, construction, or renovation outcomes. You will act as the central hub, working with different departments and managing relationships with internal teams, designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of administrative precision and a confident, hands-on understanding of trades and manufacturing spaces. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, negotiating, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Ampere prioritizes the safety of our employees and the community members we work with, because of this we may require both new hires and current team members to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS).
