Responsibilities

1. Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule, in conjunction with the Superintendent.
2. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
3. Meet with owners professionally and communicate effectively regarding project concerns and interests.
4. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports, ensuring alignment with estimates and maintaining positive cash flow.
5. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to support team development and project progression.
6. Submit project reports to the Area Manager and communicate project progress and risks to management.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree/diploma and 5-10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience managing building projects, including new builds, tenant improvements, or special projects, is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction scopes, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
• Ability to mentor, delegate, and develop strong client relationships.
