ICDS has an immediate vacancy for a Project Manager with a large developer with an excellent reputation. Our client has a number of exciting projects ongoing, both in housing and apartment construction. You will have 10+ years of recent experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor or developer building apartments or office blocks.

They are looking for an individual with experience from groundworks to RC frame, and all the way through to delivering the finishings of an apartment project to turnkey status.

You can be either trade and/or technically qualified; however, experience in the building of apartments or offices is essential.
