Job summary

Raise is seeking a Project Manager for the AIX Cloud Migration Program in Montreal. The role is hybrid/onsite for a 10‑month contract, responsible for planning, governance, scheduling, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage scope, risks, cutovers, hypercare, and coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, network, database, security, and applications. Strong vendor management and executive reporting are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure or cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with data centre and migration cutovers, hypercare support, and infrastructure modernization.
• Knowledge of AIX, IBM Power Systems, Oracle databases, backups and recovery, and hybrid cloud.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience juggling multiple vendors and technical teams.
• Proficiency with governance, risk management and delivery reporting.
• Strong executive communication and risk management capabilities.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Hyperion).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, governance, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cloud, network, database, security, and application teams.
• Facilitate project status meetings, executive updates, and migration readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities.
• Previous experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or similar mission-critical platforms.
