Position Overview :
The Project Manager - Agile Scrum Coach will enable cross-functional agile teams / Product Oriented Delivery (POD) at CIBC Mellon to lead medium-to-high magnitude agile initiatives supporting strategic priorities. In addition, the Scrum Coach will facilitate, guide, and coach agile teams / POD to improve collaboration, efficiency, and delivery, ensuring sustainable agile practices are embedded within the culture of the organization. Furthermore, they will play a critical role within the agile teams / POD in removing impediments impacting the outcomes and return of investment for CIBC Mellon client focused services
