Job summary

Project Manager- Mid Rise Residential

Our client is a builder/developer with a growing reputation for constructing high quality mid-rise condominium projects across Toronto and Scarborough. They are looking to hire a Project Manager.

If you are currently an Assistant Project Manager looking to step up or Project Manager with experience of large scale construction, have at least 5 years of experience in mid-rise construction within the condominium market and have ideally completed at least one full cycle tower project from excavation to occupancy - then you would have the energy and drive to be the Project Management expert representing the owner from design stages right through to the finish and close out of the project.

The owners are looking for a confident PM capable to effectively write a scope for tender and engage all the project stakeholders and trades. You would report to the VP of Construction who would support you to maintain control throughout construction phases to occupancy.

You will be self-sufficient and able to tackle daily challenges with professionalism. To be successful in this role you'd need the confidence to be able to engage trades and grow a site team to fully execute these challenging projects on time and budget.
