Job summary

Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initiation to completion. You will develop relationships with insurance vendors, provide estimates and manage workflows to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in project management in restoration, strong understanding of claims, and excellent communication. A valid BC driver’s license and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Project Management within restoration
• Solid understanding of restoration and structural repair
• Extensive understanding of insurance claims and property management as they relate to restoration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid BC driver’s license with satisfactory abstract
• Criminal record check clearance
• Ability to train others and manage budgets and finances

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with insurance companies and adjusters
• Provide estimates for new jobs and manage projects from start to finish
• Maintain client relationships and generate new leads with adjusters
• Deliver exceptional customer service to insurance stakeholders and homeowners
• Oversee on-site estimates for residential and commercial work
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and progress inspections
• Ensure safety standards and align with PPCR policies

They are also responsible for providing estimates on new jobs, and managing each job from start to finish. Each PM builds and maintains relationships with different insurance companies and adjusters.Responsibilities:Attending new claims and explain restoration process to homeowners and tenantsMaintaining a $200,000.00 per month sales target with a gross profit margin of greater than 45%Being able to maintain current clients if you have taken over a previous project manager’s portfolioDeveloping business relationships with new clientsHaving the ability to train an assistant and site lead upon meeting targets and requirementsCompleting on-site estimates for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstructionManaging all aspects of emergency and restorations claims (scoping, sketching, estimating, coordinating of resources, communicating with insured and adjusters)Delivering exceptional customer service to insurance stakeholders, homeowners and property managers. Be proactive in resolving customer service issues.Liaising with appropriate departments and sub-trades to ensure that work is completed on time, on budget and meets Platinum Pro-Claim quality standardsLiaising with appropriate departments, sub-trades, homeowners and adjusters of the status of work. Inspect progress and work quality throughout the project lifespan.Working with assigned Project Coordinator to ensure all administrative aspects of the jobs are performed in a timely and accurate mannerBuilding and maintaining relationships by meeting adjusters on jobs, providing timely and accurate estimates and billings, networking and attending industry meetings.
