Job summary

The Project Manager for Strategy & Impact Business Enablement at vTech Solution will lead and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives within a crown corporation. This full-time remote role requires guiding projects through all lifecycle phases using Agile, hybrid, and traditional methods, and aligning stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of business experience including 3-4 years leading projects or transformations.
• Post-secondary education in PM or related field.
• Professional PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Proven ability to manage projects through all lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, implementation, and close-out phases.
• Conduct discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, management plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project scope, assess change impacts, and facilitate governance decision-making.
• Coordinate delivery of project deliverables across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support communications, marketing, digital media, content production, event planning, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
