Job summary

Lumenwerx is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project execution from quote to delivery. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Production Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping and Customer Service to meet milestones and client commitments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination or management in manufacturing, strong bilingual communication in English and French, and proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer service, order management, or related role in manufacturing.
• Experience in architectural lighting, electrical products, manufacturing, construction, or custom-engineered products is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflow, and order-to-delivery operations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience working with ERP systems and project tracking tools is asset.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations, project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to ensure accurate project setup and execution.
• Facilitate the seamless transition of projects from quotation to order entry, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential scheduling conflicts and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, priorities, and delivery commitments while proactively communicating status updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure project documentation, specifications, drawings, and customer communications are maintained accurately and organized effectively.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and promote effective collaboration between departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve project execution.
• Escalate critical issues when required and coordinate resolution activities to minimize disruptions to customer commitments.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE, YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
