Description:

Join one of Canada's top construction companies. As a Project Manager, reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee projects, work with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery, and lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate team efforts and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Handle project documentation and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICI construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as Gold Seal, LEED, Net Zero, WELL, or Passive House are assets.
