We’re seeking experienced Senior Project Managers who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage ambiguity, and are ready to own and deliver strategic workstreams from end to end.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, design, execution, testing, and closure
• Drive clarity on ambiguous requirements, manage scope and deliverables, and ensure successful delivery in line with PMO standards
• Collaborate with finance and enterprise partners while managing stakeholder expectations
• Own financial reporting, lead team meetings and executive updates, and actively mitigate risks and issues
• Guide and mentor junior team members as needed

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally with banking or finance project exposure
• Experience leading strategic initiatives with limited oversight
• Strong knowledge of project governance, documentation, and business process execution
• PMP certification

Nice to Have:

• Background in finance operations or systems
• Previous experience in large financial institutions
• Degree or diploma in a related field
